1. What we provide
BrewRadar publishes data-driven research about coffee and kitchen equipment, derived from publicly available owner reports. Our content is informational and does not constitute professional repair, financial, or purchasing advice. Decisions you make based on our content are your own responsibility.
2. The digital report
The Coffee Machine Failure Report is a digital PDF delivered instantly after payment via SendOwl. Because it is a digital download, refunds follow our Refunds policy: a full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request one, reply to your SendOwl receipt email.
3. Affiliate disclosure
