“I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! This stuff is the bomb! I splurged on a fancy bean-to-brew coffee/espresso maker a few years ago. Some weeks ago now it lit up indicating it needed to be descaled (yes, I have descaled it previously). I put it off because it’s kind of a process. You know how that goes. As time went on, the coffee dispensing went from a stream to a trickle, so a few days ago I finally used some other brand of descaling liquid. It didn’t help. I took out the brew module, unscrewed the filter disc and soaked it in pure vinegar as well as the module itself. No improvement. Then yesterday it slowed to a drip-drip-drip and shut itself off after producing a teaspoon of coffee, so I proceeded to call customer care. I actually got a live human who advised me to try this before sending the unit in for service. I hopped on Amazon tout de suite and got it delivered overnight (I’m a coffee addict from Seattle, what can I say?). Amazingly, it only took one bottle of this “special” descaler to get the coffee flowing again. I’m super grateful to the coffee technician for recommending it!”
