What we collect
We do not run tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels on this site. We do not collect personal data from readers of our research articles.
Purchases
The Coffee Machine Failure Report is sold through SendOwl. When you buy, your payment details and email address are processed by SendOwl and its payment providers (Stripe / PayPal) on their own platforms, under their own privacy policies. We receive only the order details needed to deliver your purchase.
Affiliate links
Some articles may contain affiliate links to retailers such as Amazon. If you click one and make a purchase, the retailer may process that purchase under its own privacy policy. We receive only an aggregate commission.
Refunds
The Coffee Machine Failure Report is a digital download. If you are not satisfied, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. Request it through SendOwl (the platform you purchased from) and the refund is processed to your original payment method. There is nothing to return by mail: a digital refund means your money back.
